We are hosting a church outing at the South Bend Cubs game! This will be held at their field in South Bend following 2nd service. This is open to your entire family and a great opportunity to connect with one another!
The cost is $23 per person and covers the cost of the ticket, food voucher, along with a FREE South Bend Cubs cap for everyone in our group! The food voucher includes a Hot Dog, Chips & Soda. You will be responsible for your own transportation and parking.
Children 2 and under are FREE and do not require a ticket to enter. Ages 3 and up do require a purchased ticket.
There is a $23 registration fee to cover the cost of a ticket & meal voucher. We ask that this is paid at the time of completing this form.
Payment can be made by Paypal (do not need an account to pay), CashApp or Cash/Check. If paying cash/check, please place in black box with a memo stating it is for this event. All payments are due BEFORE May 31st.
Once payment is received, your tickets will be available for pickup on game day.
